Cancellation Policy

$150 Deposits are non refundable.

Reservations paid in full are 100% refundable up to 30 days before arrival, minus the deposit. Cancellations made after that period is subject to 50% refund on all services.

No refunds will be given to patients leaving before scheduled check out date.

Date change

50% fee will be charged from total paid if the new dates are unavailable and you wish to cancel your reservations after 30 days before arrival date.

75% fee will be charged from total paid if the new dates are unavailable and you wish to cancel your reservations after 15 days before arrival date.

100% fee will be charged from total paid if the new dates are unavailable and you wish to cancel your reservations 5 days before arrival date.

Deposits will be applied to new date up to 2 months after original date.

$50 Room amenities to be paid upon arrival. Refundable after room check.

No exceptions will be made.
